Thank you Trader Joes for always providing such wonderful and EASY meals. This is the YUMMY Roasted Vegetable and Multi grain Lasagna. SO yum! Would definitely like to have added a Salad and veggies to the meal...BUT I'm in desperate need of going to the grocery store! SO Veggie Lasagna...we got some veggies :)
What did you have for dinner last nite? How do you keep your kiddos occupied while making dinner?

when i cook dinner, is when Owen and Daddy have special time together. Usually includes taking our dog outside. They like throwing the ball, swinging, running...that's what this time of day looks like for us these days.

Greta is in that stage where she wants to "help". So if I'm trying to make dinner and she is moaning for my attention, I'll ask her to help me - she'll watch from her stepstool for a few minutes and then invariably get sidetracked by a little cupboard with kitchen things that she can play with. It buys a few minutes, at least!
And the TJ's veggie lasagna - hello! So yum!
