Dirty Feet and Tutu LOVE...

My little Emma. These pictures say it all. They describe my Emma these days. Spicy, dirty feet, beautiful, emotional, strong willed, princess, creative, imaginative, unique and absolutely Mama's girl. Even though we have many difficult days or many difficult times during the day...these days. I love this girl and pray that God uses her in MIGHTY ways! I pray he uses her strong willed and spicy personality to do many beautiful and creative things when she grows up. That is my prayer. Emma Rose, you are LOVED by so many.

2 month Dr. apt went great!

He's our little long lean string BEAN!

He is 9lbs 11oz and 23in long.

We had a fun Disneyland trip planned...with sister, bubs, daddy and I. Long story short...the trip didn't happen. Sister decided to be SUPER spicy! Her consequence was NO Disneyland. We will be attempting again this week. I told daddy good thing bubs is only a baby and doesn't know we aren't going.

It brought up a good discussion between daddy and I. We discussed how as our little ones grow up...if one is unable to do something, because of being SPICY ...we will not make the other suffer. Example...If bubs was older (knew we were going to disneyland) daddy would have still taken bubs and spicy sister would have stayed home with me.

Well if you know me....I'm SO not the cooking type! I get inspired at times BUT it never lasts very long. I don't know why, I really just don't enjoy any part of cooking. The planning, preparation, actual cooking and then clean up. Nope no fun. But obviously we MUST eat. So I really like places like Trader Joes. Easy meals! YES please! So here is what we had for dinner. I enjoyed taking the pictures of our dinner MORE then anything. Hmmm....maybe I should start cooking, then I can take pics! LOL.

2 Months already

I can't believe my little Man is already 2 months old...TODAY!!! He has his 2 month apt this friday so I will update with his stats then!

What Wyatt has been up to...

cooing, smiling, giggling. He loves when you go bzzzz bzzzz...like a bee. He gets the biggest smiles on his little face, the ones that show gums and ALL.

It takes everything within him to belt out loud coos, which just melts my heart.

He is a very happy boy...he gets fussy when he is either hungry or tired.

Sleeping anywhere from 5-7hrs for his first span at night and then anywhere from 3-4 the next span.

He's eating anywhere from 2-4 ounces but still closer to 2 ounces. He's long and lean. Unlike his sister. She was long and CHUBS!! But we shall see. Long fingers, arms and legs!!

Loves chewing on his hands. Loves his sister. Content being in pretty much any one's arms (also unlike sister).

LOVES his walks in the Bjorn. Loves and has to be swaddled to sleep and in the car seat (otherwise he cries the entire car ride). Loves his papasan vibrating chair...especially in the evenings OUTSIDE.

Wyatt has been to the beach a few times this summer, been to the movies with Mommy and Daddy on a date, the lagoon, different restaurants, VBS, Target, Walmart, Stater Brothers, the Hyatt, Main Street, many walks, park and friend's houses.

Nicknames include....bubs (which daddy calls him and we all have picked up), bubbies and bubbas (emma came up with) and my little man (what I tend to refer to him as).

He is amazing and such a blessing in our lives! Happy 2 Months Bubs!! Mommy, Daddy and Sissy love and adore you!

My Little Princess



We were so blessed to get out of the heat and enjoy some fun at the beach. Emma loved the pool. She got to make smores with daddy for the first time. She enjoyed sleeping in a very BIG bed which she had ALL to herself. Wyatt slept in his swing, enjoyed being close in the bjorn and relaxed poolside. All in all it was a great trip! Our first trip with two!! Wyatt's first hotel stay!
